Mona al Jneibi

Mona Al Jneibi is a seasoned professional currently serving as Program Manager for Stakeholder Management at the Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) since September 2024, focusing on strategic engagement and communication in the education sector. Prior to this, from July 2012 to August 2024, Mona Al Jneibi held various leadership roles within ADNOC Group, including Manager of Talent Management and Acting VP of People Development, where responsibilities included succession planning, talent evaluation, and the development of tailored training programs. Mona Al Jneibi possesses a Master of Business Administration from Abu Dhabi School of Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
