Owen Hall

Owen Hall is a seasoned statistical analyst with extensive experience in data analysis and reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Statistical Analyst at Adela, Inc. since August 2022 and a Statistical Consultant at Standard of Proof since February 2021, Owen has developed automated analysis strategies and advised on projects related to healthy school lunch programs in New Zealand. Prior experience includes a role as a Statistical Analyst at RAND Corporation, where Owen contributed to Medicare quality measures and led survey data analysis on a multi-year Defense contract. Owen holds a Master of Science in Biostatistics from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
