Fiona Hill is an accomplished professional in community engagement and health promotion, currently serving as a Capacity Building Coordinator at Adelaide PHN since October 2019. Previously, Fiona held various roles at Adelaide Primary Health Network from July 2015 to October 2019, including Partnerships Facilitator and Collaborations Officer, as well as serving as Community Engagement Coordinator at Northern Adelaide Medicare Local from January 2013 to June 2015. Fiona's extensive experience includes leading projects and initiatives focused on patient-centered care, advocacy, and strategic planning, as well as facilitating workshops and sessions for stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
