Kirsten Agard

Kirsten is a VP Home Lending Manager at Umpqua Bank. In addition to a Master’s certificate in Sustainability from Portland State University, she has two bachelor’s degrees from U of O in Business and Psychology and is a Ford Scholar. Kirsten is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion; women’s empowerment, and as a first-generation college student truly believes in the power of education for all. She also loves to serve and support Adelante Mujeres’ mission, its passionate volunteers, and community members and is privileged to be a member of the Board.
