Xandi Aranda

Xandi Aranda is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance at Adelante Mujeres since December 2020. Prior to this role, Xandi held the position of Associate at LUDWIG KLEWER & RUDNER PLLC from July 2017 to September 2022. Xandi also worked as a General Accounting Manager at the Children's Defense Fund, where a budget template was developed and administered from 2010 to 2012. Earlier experience includes serving as a Finance Specialist at the National Council of La Raza from 2006 to 2010. Xandi Aranda holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona (2016-2017) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from Boston University (1999-2003).
