The Leadership Team at Adelante Mujeres is responsible for setting the strategic vision and direction of the nonprofit, fostering an inclusive culture, and ensuring the organization effectively empowers Latinas to take on leadership roles. They work collaboratively to develop programs, secure funding, and engage with the community to drive systemic change and promote social justice.
