Pierre MacIazek

Pierre Maciazek currently serves as the Deputy Director at the Institut des Aveugles / Foyer Jeanne Marie within the Association Adèle de Glaubitz since April 2023. Prior experience includes overseeing social and medico-social services as the Head of Unit at Collectivité européenne d'Alsace from January 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities encompassed unit management, transformation of service offerings, and coordination of inspections. Previously, Pierre managed a team at the Departmental Council of Bas-Rhin from September 2011 to January 2021, where roles included directing social institutions and handling crisis management. Pierre holds a professional coaching certification from Haute école de coaching and multiple degrees in social law and management, including a Master 2 in Management of Social Organizations from IPAG Strasbourg.
