Michael B. Fairbanks

Michael B. Fairbanks, MBA has extensive experience in the field of quality assurance and operations within the biopharmaceutical industry. Michael B. is currently the Head of Quality at Adello Biologics, LLC, where they are responsible for all aspects of quality assurance and quality control. In this role, they are driving the establishment of a company-wide Quality-First culture and is a member of the company's leadership team.

Prior to their current position, Fairbanks worked as the Global Head of Supply Chain Quality at Perrigo Company plc, where they created and implemented global programs for supplier quality management and good distribution practices. Michael B. also applied Lean Sigma principles to drive standardized processes while allowing flexibility at the facility level.

Fairbanks has also held senior positions at Tolera Therapeutics, Inc., Proteos, UCB, Inc., ICOS Corp., and Pharmacia & Upjohn. These roles involved responsibilities such as directing manufacturing operations, managing translational medicine efforts, and leading quality control and stability programs.

Michael B. Fairbanks, MBA, earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Integrative Management from Michigan State University in 2008. Prior to their M.B.A., they completed their undergraduate education at Michigan State University, graduating in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry.
