Judith Kähler

Judith Kähler is currently the Lead Human Resources Development at adelphi, where Judith focuses on personalentwicklung, leadership, and prozessbegleitung. Prior to this role, Judith held positions at Dienste in Übersee - Brot für die Welt, Evangelischer Entwicklungsdienst, and Gemählich - die beratergruppe GbR, where Judith gained experience in recruiting, international cooperation, and process facilitation. Judith is currently pursuing a Mediationsausbildung at the International Mediation Campus after completing a Master's in Arbeitsrecht from JurGrad | Universität Münster. Judith's educational background includes a Diplom in Psychologie from The Philipp University of Marburg and a Bachelor of Science in Psychologie from Newcastle University.
