Olga Valles

Olga Valles is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and labor relations. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Business Partner at ADELTE - The Boarding Company since June 2019, Olga has previously held positions at Santiveri and Saba Infraestructuras, S.A., focusing on labor relations. From June 2008 to July 2016, Olga worked as an HR Manager at Interparking Hispania SA and contributed to HR management at INTEMAX from November 2006 to June 2008. Olga began a career in human resources at Bufete Escura - Servicios Jurídicos as a Human Resources Generalist from October 2001 to November 2006. Educational qualifications include a Licenciatura in Ciencias del Trabajo from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and a Diplomatura in Relaciones Laborales from Universitat de Barcelona, complemented by a Técnico Intermedio en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales certification.
