Patrick Lim has over 20 years of experience in strategic leadership and business development within the security industry. Currently serving as Director of Group Strategy at ADEMCO SECURITY GROUP since April 2016, Patrick Lim focuses on overall group strategy alignment, marketing strategy implementation, and the development of key customer partnerships. Previously, as General Manager for China, Patrick Lim led restructuring efforts in response to post-Covid challenges. Earlier roles include Sales & Marketing Director at Ademco (Far East) Pte Ltd Singapore, where responsibilities encompassed new market development and key account management. Patrick Lim's diverse experience also includes a caretaker role as General Manager in Malaysia and a previous position as Sales & Marketing Director with Rentokil Initial.
