Robert Pompa Ramos

Robert Pompa Ramos is an experienced mining engineer with a degree in Mining Engineering from Universidad Privada del Norte and ongoing training in unit mining operations from Centro Tecnológico Minero. Currently serving as an Ingeniero NDT LEVEL II and Planning Engineer at Ademinsac since October 2018, Robert previously held roles such as Inspector NDT and Assistant in Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality at SOLBEC PERÚ S.R.L. Robert's past experience also includes positions as Assistant of Supervision and Supervisor of Safety and Occupational Health, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence in the mining sector. Additionally, Robert has studied the impact of water and economy on national development at Universidad Privada del Norte.
