Tong Sun

Tong Sun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and corporate solutions development. Currently serving as Group Head at Aden Group since May 2022, Tong manages business performance through the implementation of KPIs and oversees collaboration among commercial teams. Previously, as Managing Director at JLL, Tong led the Corporate Solutions Development for China, focusing on real estate solutions aligned with client aspirations. With a history of leadership roles, including Vice Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai and Transformation Director at Arcadis, Tong has a proven track record in strategic planning and implementation. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Bristol.
