James Rohner

James Rohner is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and supervision. Currently serving as Project Superintendent at Adena Corporation since February 2020, Rohner has a proven track record in overseeing onsite activities, ensuring quality control, and maintaining project schedules. Previous roles include Project Superintendent at Cleveland Construction, Inc. and Construction Manager/Superintendent at Hammond Construction, Inc., where collaboration with project teams was key to on-time and on-budget project completions. Rohner's career also includes superintendent positions at RAV Construction and R. M. Hamlin Construction, as well as early experience as a carpenter. Rohner completed over 1350 hours of instruction in Carpentry and Estimating at Akron Central-Hower High School.
