Trent Lemle

Trent Lemle, MBA, has diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Trent is currently serving as the Director of Managed Care & Business Development at Adena Health System since November 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Finance at the same organization from May 2021 to November 2021.

Before joining Adena Health System, Trent worked at Fayette County Memorial Hospital, beginning as a Controller from January 2016 to June 2017, and then assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer from June 2017 to May 2021.

Prior to their time at Fayette County Memorial Hospital, Trent worked at Premier Health Partners as a Physician Compensation Supervisor from March 2012 to January 2016.

Trent's early career includes serving as an Executive Business Administrator at Xenia First Church of the Nazarene from July 2007 to May 2011, and working as an Auditor at the Auditor of State - Ohio from January 2005 to July 2007.

Trent Lemle, MBA, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Ohio Northern University in 2006. Trent then pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Accounting at Indiana Wesleyan University from 2010 to 2012.
