Previously, Martha held the position of Principal at Adenia Partners, where responsibilities included establishing the firm's office and expanding its presence in East Africa. Martha's background also includes serving as Investment Manager at Catalyst Principal Partners, where investment sourcing and execution were key duties. Earlier career roles include business development at GE and various positions in private equity and finance, including Analyst at Citigroup and Associate at RFE Investment Partners. Martha holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Affairs from Lafayette College.
