Jim McCaffrey

Jim McCaffrey is currently working at Adept as the GTM Lead. Prior to this, Jim held various roles at McKinsey & Company, including Engagement Manager and Deputy Chief of Staff. Jim also has experience as a 6th Grade Math Teacher at Teach For America and as a Public Policy Fellow at The Urban Leaders Fellowship. Jim holds a Master's degree in Teaching and Special Education from Relay Graduate School of Education.
