Charlène Renouf

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare informatics, currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003. In this role, Charlene specializes in clinical documentation and leads care plan and patient bedside education initiatives. Prior experience includes working as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where Charlene implemented the A4 Healthmatics ED application, and as a Senior Business Consultant at Kaiser Permanente IT, modeling clinical concepts for Convergent Medical Terminology. Charlene began in the nursing field as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
