Karen Bailey

Karen Bailey has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and industries. Karen began their career in 1987 as a Trainee Accountant at Beavis Walker, where they worked until 1991. After that, they worked as a Director at Aurra Consulting Ltd from 1998 to 2002. Karen then joined Tikit in 2002 as a Solutions Consultant, a role they held until 2010. From 2010 to 2015, Karen worked at Aderant as the Head of Solutions Consulting, and then transitioned to the role of Head of Sales and Solutions Consulting, EMEA from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they serve as the Regional Director of Strategy and Growth, EMEA & APA at Aderant since 2018.

Karen Bailey attended BPP University, where they earned a Chartered Account degree in ICAEW. Karen also studied at London Metropolitan University, where they obtained a Diploma in Accounting. Additionally, they completed their education at Wilmington Grammar School for Girls.
