Laura Harris

Laura Harris has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to business systems, revenue technology, sales systems, Salesforce change management, and business analysis. Laura currently serves as the Director of Business Systems at Aderant. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Revenue Technology at Outreach, Director of Sales Systems at Pendo.io, Associate Director of Salesforce Change Management at IHS Markit, and Senior Business Analyst at Red Hat. Laura also held managerial and consulting positions at PeopleFluent and Residential Management Systems, Inc. Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated expertise in project management, systems integration, technical support, and consulting.

Laura Harris earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from East Carolina University, completing their education from 1997 to 2000. Laura also obtained several additional certifications, including the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in 2020, the Fundamentals of Contract & Commercial Management from IACCM in 2018, and the Salesforce Trailhead Mountaineer Rank from Trailhead by Salesforce in 2017.
