Shira Aharoni

Shira Aharoni has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Shira is currently the Chief People Officer at Aderant, where they have been working since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Finastra from 2018 to 2022. Shira also held various human resources positions at NCR Corporation, including Senior Director, Global HR Director, Global Senior HR Business Partner, and Global Human Resources Business Partner. Shira Aharoni's early career includes a role as an HR Business Partner at 013 Barak from 2003 to 2007. In 2022, they also joined Chief, a private network focused on empowering senior women leaders.

From 2006 to 2009, Shira Aharoni studied at the College of Management, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Human Resources.
