Teri Parker

Teri Parker is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in transforming and enhancing human resources functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at West Coast University since October 2018, Teri is responsible for implementing best-in-class talent management strategies. Prior to this role, Teri was the SVP of Human Resources at International SOS, where responsibilities included leading major transformation initiatives for a global workforce. Teri also held the position of Divisional Vice President of Human Resources at Laureate International Universities, overseeing HR strategies for a $1B division. Previous experience includes serving as an Executive Human Resources Consultant at TMP Resources, Inc. and Group Vice President of Human Resources at Chevy Chase Bank, where Teri supported an employee base of over 5,000. Teri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the College of Notre Dame.
