Christian Dempe

Christian Dempe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and operations management across various organizations. Currently serving as Group CEO and Group COO at Aderian Group since January 2023, Christian previously held the position of Vice President and Head of Region West at Iver Sverige from June 2019 to January 2023. Additionally, Christian has a long tenure at Candidator AB, where roles included Regional Manager, Customer Team Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Key Account Manager, and IT Consultant from January 2010 to September 2021. Educational qualifications include attendance at Mid Sweden University and Alströmergymnasiet, with a focus on leadership through Dale Carnegie Training.
