Bahadir Dikmen

Bahadir Dikmen is an experienced professional in the field of test management and software development. Currently serving as Managing Consultant Testmanagement / Testautomatisierung at adesso SE since December 2021, Bahadir also holds the title of Senior Technical Testmanager. Previous roles include Business Analyst / Testmanager at FORSA Geld- Und Kapitalmarkt GmbH and a short stint at alfatraining Bildungszentrum GmbH, where Bahadir completed various vocational training programs including software testing and agile project management. With a long history in the insurance sector as a Senior Consultant at PPI AG and IT-Koordinator at InterRisk Versicherungs AG VIG, Bahadir’s career began as a Software Programmer at Edutec GmbH and as a Scientific Assistant at the University of Essen. Bahadir holds a Diplom in Physics from the University of Duisburg-Essen, along with several certifications including ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level, Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), and ITIL-4 and PRINCE2 Foundation certificates.
