Miriam Fischer

Miriam Fischer has extensive experience in the field of talent development and digital learning, currently serving as Team Manager Digital Learning at adesso SE since January 2017, where previous roles included Senior HR Manager and HR Manager for Talent Development. Miriam began a career in human resources with positions such as Junior Personalreferentin Weiterbildung and Personalsachbearbeiterin Mitarbeiterbetreuung, along with a student assistant role in recruiting. Prior to joining adesso SE, an internship in recruiting was completed at Arvato SCM Solutions, and an internship focusing on training and development was completed at the Amt für Brandschutz, Rettungsdienst und Zivilschutz Stadt Hamm. Miriam holds a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Adult Education and Training, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in the same field, both from the University of Münster.
