Carolina Stegherr

Carolina Stegherr currently serves as an SAP-Trainee at adesso orange AG, focusing on areas such as BPMN, Scrum, and Requirements Engineering. Prior to this role, Carolina gained experience in project management as part of an internship at TEAM23, where effective implementation of agile project management methods was utilized in web development projects, alongside coordinating a digitalization conference and managing partnerships. Carolina also worked as a student employee at Schwarze Kiste, handling social media, recruiting, and sales, and contributed to BMW Group's projects on innovation and Industry 4.0, specifically in the development of hydrogen trucks. Carolina holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Augsburg and completed Abitur at Maria-Ward-Gymnasium Augsburg.
