Matthias Luppi

Matthias Luppi has a diverse work experience in various industries. Matthias started their career as a Technical Military Officer (C4ISTAR) in the Swiss Armed Forces from July 2012 to July 2013. After that, they worked as an IT Specialist at Garage Franz Reinhart AG starting from July 2014. Since November 2016, Matthias has been working at adesso Schweiz AG, where they started as a Software Engineer and eventually became a Senior Software Engineer in January 2021. Currently, Matthias holds the position of Head of IT at adesso Schweiz AG, starting from March 2022.

Matthias Luppi completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Embedded Systems as well as Management from Berner Fachhochschule BFH. Matthias studied at BFH from 2014 to 2016.

Matthias later pursued their Master of Science degree in Engineering with a specialization in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW. Matthias attended FHNW from 2017 to 2022.

In addition to their degrees, Matthias also obtained several certifications. Matthias received the HERMES Foundation 5.1 certification from TÜV SÜD in March 2020. In August 2019, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org. In July 2016, they obtained the Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge Assessment English. Furthermore, Matthias obtained certifications in leadership and team management from SVF Schweizerische Vereinigung für Führungsausbildung in August 2012, including "Gruppe/Team führen auf Stufe Gruppe/Team," "Kommunizieren/Informieren auf Stufe Gruppe/Team," and "Selbstmanagement auf Stufe Gruppe/Team."
