Rodrigo Martins

Rodrigo Martins is the Head of IT at Grupo Adeste, where he is responsible for strategies related to Infrastructure, Systems, Security Information, Goverance, and IT Operation. He has a background in implementing various technological solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAC Planning, and Success Factors. Prior to this role, Rodrigo worked as a Senior IT Manager at Vivara / Etna, overseeing projects aimed at process revitalization and technological upgrades. At Stefanini, he served as a Senior IT Project Manager, leading the deployment of HR management software for a major company. With over a decade of experience, Rodrigo has proven expertise in managing IT teams and implementing ERP systems. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology from FGV and a Graduação in Tecnologia da Informação from UNESP.
