David Eloy

David Eloy has extensive experience in IT project management, beginning with a position as Network and Security Project Manager at Dassault Electronique from September 1992 to January 2000. Following this, David joined Europcar Mobility Group in February 2000, where the role evolved from IT Contract and Asset Manager to Directeur de projets IT, focusing on both technical and functional projects from 2011 to 2017, and previously working as Chef de projets IT from 2000 to 2011. David holds a degree from Isep - École d'ingénieurs du numérique, completed in 1991.
