Anna Sasot Olagüe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2005, they interned at Gesdocument y Gestión, S.A. In 2007, they worked as an HR Advisor at Expo Hoteles & Resort. In 2008, they became a Human Resources Technician at Maheso, where they were responsible for internal communication and workforce administration.
In 2008, they joined Accenture and held several roles within the company. As part of the HR Global Process Team, they provided support to agents across multiple countries and implemented Workday. As an HR Global Transition Associate Manager, they collaborated on HR transformation projects in the EMEA region. Anna also served as a Local Delivery Centre Team Lead for SOCO and a member of the Local Delivery Centre for Unilever PeopleLink.
From 2013 to 2015, Anna Sasot Olagüe was involved in HR transformation projects in the LATAM region with a focus on workforce administration and contact centre processes.
In 2018, they co-founded HR AFTERWORK, a community for HR professionals to network and exchange ideas. Anna also joined Sony Electronics as an HRES PMO & Adoption Manager, where they supported HR operations projects and identified improvement opportunities.
Currently, Anna Sasot Olagüe is working at Adevinta. Anna started as a Senior HRIS Programme and Change Manager and later became the People Systems Delivery Lead. Anna is currently serving as the Head of IT Portfolio (Secondment).
Anna Sasot Olagüe has an education history that includes a double degree in Labor Relations and Business Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, a lean project management certification from La Salle BCN, and a design thinking seminar from Universitat de Barcelona. Anna also holds certifications in neuro-linguistic programming from Talent Institut and a master's degree in Human Resource Management in Organizations from UPF-IDEC. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in lean portfolio management, SAFe agilist, and has completed courses in innovation from Scaled Agile, Inc. and IDEO U.
