Léonie de Ruiter

Léonie de Ruiter is a seasoned design professional currently serving as Design Manager at Adevinta since June 2021, where a primary focus has been on the growth and development of the design team, expanding it from 4 to 7 product designers while enhancing collaboration and team processes. Prior to this role, Léonie held the position of Product Design Lead at both Adevinta and eBay Classifieds Group, managing teams of designers across various projects. With a diverse background including UX and interaction design roles at Hike One, eBay, and Liberty Global, Léonie has experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving user-centered design. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Design in Graphic Design from Willem de Kooning Academy Rotterdam.
