Joe Svetlosak

Joe Svetlosak is an experienced design professional currently serving as a Senior Design Manager at Miro since June 2025. Previously, Joe held multiple roles at Smartsheet from November 2020 to June 2025, including Product Design Manager and UX Lead. Joe's career also includes experience as a Senior User Experience Designer at Tesco Bank and Apple, where significant contributions were made to projects like Apple Maps and iCloud. As a business owner of Svetlosak Design, Joe was recognized as an award-winning designer, specializing in graphic, product, and industrial design. Joe co-founded Get Give Creative to assist start-ups with branding and marketing, and held various earlier positions that honed design and customer service skills. Joe holds a Bdes (Hons) in Industrial and Product Design from Edinburgh Napier University and an online certification in Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online.
