Oksana Bolkina

Oksana Bolkina is an experienced Agile Team Coach currently working at both Adevinta and Kleinanzeigen. With a background in project management and executive assistance, Oksana has effectively coordinated cross-team projects, overseen the hiring process, and managed daily operations in previous roles, including as Executive Assistant to the CTO at DIZZBO. Oksana's previous experience includes serving as Executive Director of the Ukrainian Association of Potato Producers and Program Manager at Plus For Progress in Agriculture, where significant growth and networking initiatives were accomplished. Oksana completed a UX/UI Design Bootcamp at IronHack Berlin and holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Protection from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
