Alexander Thress currently serves as Partner and Head of M&A at AdEx Partners, a position held since April 2025, overseeing M&A activities for a private equity-backed digital consulting firm. Prior to this role, Alexander held the title of Lead M&A Manager at Rohde & Schwarz from May 2016 to March 2025, where responsibilities included leading M&A transactions for the group. Earlier experience includes serving as Corporate M&A Manager for Siemens, focusing on carve-outs and divestments, as well as managing group consolidation and financial reporting as Finance Manager. Additionally, Alexander worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture, developing finance strategies for global clients, and began a career as an Audit Professional at Deloitte, specializing in audits and financial statements preparation. Alexander holds a Diplom-Kaufmann in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, earned between January 2000 and January 2004.
