Tracy Wut serves as the China Managing Partner and Head of M&A for Baker McKenzie in Hong Kong, a role assumed in July 2017, bringing extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investments in China. With nearly 50 years of presence in Hong Kong and 30 years in Mainland China, Tracy has demonstrated leadership and expertise in the region's corporate landscape. Prior to this leadership role, Tracy worked as an Associate at Baker & McKenzie from 1997 to 2006, focusing on corporate and commercial matters related to investments in China and cross-border transactions.
