Pratik Kshirsagar

Pratik Kshirsagar is an experienced engineer with a strong background in automation and control systems. Currently serving as a Senior Control Engineer at Novimeq Automation Private Limited since June 2024, Pratik has also held positions as an Automation Engineer at ADF Engineering and as a Service & Automation Engineer at Alligator Automations since May 2022 and August 2018, respectively. Pratik began a career as a Testing Engineer at Sourabh Flexipack Systems Pvt. Ltd from September 2017 to July 2018, focusing on primary packaging machine installation and maintenance. Pratik holds a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from both Sinhgad College of Engineering and Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed between 2015 and 2017.
