Richard Frawley

Richard Frawley is an experienced digital forensic specialist and law enforcement professional with over 20 years of experience, including 15 years in computer forensics. Currently serving as the Director of Training at ADF Solutions, Inc. since May 2016 and as the Chairman of the IACIS Re-Certification Committee since April 2020, Richard oversees the Peer Review process for candidates. Previously, Richard worked as a Detective and Computer Forensic Examiner at the Milford Police Department from December 1994 to May 2016, earning a reputation for professionalism and successful outcomes. Additionally, Richard contributed to the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists from 2005 to 2016, where responsibilities included training candidates in the Certification process and coordinating the Certification and Peer Review processes in the northeast region.
