Anita Bhoir has a wealth of experience in the financial services and media industry. Anita started their career at Business Standard in 2007 as a Principal Correspondent. Anita then joined Mint newspaper in 2008 as a Staff Writer, where they focused on covering the financial services sector. Anita successfully secured interviews with top bankers, contributing to the newspaper's growth in the Indian media market. Anita later moved on to the Financial Express in 2010, where they worked as an Assistant Editor. Anita covered various topics such as commercial banks, microfinance institutions, and the Reserve Bank of India. Anita also wrote columns for the newspaper's edit pages. In 2011, Anita joined the Economic Times as an Assistant Editor, specializing in the financial services space. Anita closely monitored the Reserve Bank of India and received recognition for their cutting-edge stories with 6 Wordsmith Awards. Anita then transitioned to Hill+Knowlton Strategies in 2015 as a Client Service Director, and subsequently joined Adfactors PR in 2016 as the Group Head for corporate & finance. Throughout their career, Anita has demonstrated their expertise in the financial sector and their ability to excel in editorial roles.

Anita Bhoir began their education at St Mary's Convent in 1996. Anita completed their BA Economics degree in Economics at V.G.Vaze College of Arts, Science, and Commerce from 2000 to 2001. Anita then pursued a Journalism degree at Xavier Institute of Communications from 2001 to 2002. In 2019, Anita attended MICA | The School of Ideas, where they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Digital Marketing and Communication, specializing in Marketing and Communication. In 2020, they furthered their education at MICA | The School of Ideas with specializations in Marketing Communication & PR and Social Media and Content Marketing. Most recently, in 2021, Anita attended The Takshashila Institution and earned a Graduate Certificate of Public Policy, focusing on Defence & Foreign Affairs.
