Joëlle Leslie started their career with an internship as a Digital Copywriter at Pigtail Pundits in 2013.

In 2015, they worked as an Event Coordinator at Courtyard by Marriott, Mumbai, where they handled various operations and ensured client satisfaction.

After that, they joined Saffron Synergies Pvt Ltd as a Marketing & Events Executive in 2015.

In 2016, they co-founded LetsTuneup and worked as a Co-Founder until January 2019.

During their time at Communicate India from 2016 to 2019, they started as a Public Relations Executive and was later promoted to Senior Public Relations Executive.

Currently, they are working at Adfactors PR since March 2019, where they are involved in strategic communication, campaign planning, and crisis mitigation for clients in the BFSI space across various verticals.
