Shilpi Sharma has a diverse work experience in the field of public relations. Shilpi started their career as a Copy Editing Intern at Caravan Alive Magazine in 2014. Shilpi then worked as a Public Relations Trainee at AdviceAdda.com before moving on to Ogilvy Public Relations, where they served as a Public Relations Intern, handling brands such as IHG, DuPont, Dassault, and NSDC.

In 2015, Shilpi joined Clea PR as a Client Servicing Executive, working with brands like Nivea, Gitanjali, Sanjeev Kapoor, and Westland Publications. Shilpi'sresponsibilities included maintaining client and media relationships.

Shilpi then joined Perfect Relations in 2016, initially as an Image Executive and later as a Senior Image Executive. At Perfect Relations, Shilpi was responsible for planning and implementing PR strategies, media analysis, managing media queries, developing media relations strategies, and organizing media meetings and conferences.

In 2017, Shilpi joined Value 360 Communications Private Limited as a Senior Executive.

Currently, they are working at Adfactors PR, where they started as a Senior Executive. Shilpi was then promoted to Assistant Account Manager and is currently serving as an Account Manager. Shilpi primarily handles clients in the Energy and Power sector, including NTPC Ltd, Power Finance Corporation Ltd, and Tata Power.

Shilpi Sharma began their education at St. Joseph School from 1994 to 2005, completing their primary and secondary education. Shilpi then attended Delhi Public School - India from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a higher secondary course in Commerce. In 2009, they enrolled at Isabella Thoburn College, Lucknow University, and obtained a Bachelor of Humanities degree with a specialization in Economics in 2012. After that, from 2012 to 2014, Shilpi attended Delhi Press Institute Massco Media, Noida, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, and Journalism. Shilpi furthered their education at MICA | The School of Ideas from 2019 to 2020, participating in a Post-Graduate Certification Program in Digital Marketing and Communication. In 2020, they also completed two short-term courses at MICA, focusing on Marketing Communications- PR and Social Media and Content Marketing.
