Suman Layak is a seasoned journalist and media professional with extensive experience in corporate coverage and editorial leadership. Currently serving as Vice President at Adfactors PR since September 2020, Suman previously held the position of Senior Editor at Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) from April 2013 to September 2020, overseeing corporate coverage for the Sunday Magazine of The Economic Times. Prior to that, Suman was Senior Editor at Business Today, leading a cross-country team and managing the corporate vertical. Experience also includes serving as Deputy Chief of Bureau at Hindustan Times, where coordination of personal finance pages and reporting on major corporate entities in Mumbai were key responsibilities. Suman began a career in journalism as a reporter for The Indian Express Newspapers, contributing to the Enterprise section and reporting on various industries. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of Calcutta and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Bangabasi College of Commerce.
