Thomas Gatzka

Thomas Gatzka is a Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at Adfinis since June 2022 and has been a Lecturer at the University of Bern and the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW since 2018 and 2013, respectively, focusing on advanced study courses in psychological assessment, personality psychology, and personnel psychology. As a Research Scientist and Project Lead, Thomas has led projects on online assessments and developed psychological tests for job-related traits. Previous roles include Senior Consultant and Consultant at assess + perform ag, where Thomas conducted management assessments and trainings, and Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg, contributing to psychological testing and personnel selection research. Thomas holds a Diploma in Psychology from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Dr. rer. nat. in Psychology from the University of Konstanz.
