Damon Kambouris

Damon Kambouris is an experienced professional in the civil engineering sector, holding the position of National Discipline Director - Structures at ADG Engineers since May 2024. Prior to this role, Damon spent nearly 18 years at Robert Bird Group, evolving from Design Engineer (Structures) to Associate, and ultimately becoming General Manager for the Northern Region. Additional experience includes roles as a Design Engineer (Bridge Design) and Project Engineer (RoadTek) with the Department of Transport and Main Roads from 2004 to 2006. Damon earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from the University of Southern Queensland between 2000 and 2003.
