James Young has extensive experience in software development and project management within the public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Software Specialist at ADGA Group Consultants Inc. since August 2009, James has contributed to various military software projects and led initiatives such as the development of a web-based employee portal and automation projects. Prior roles include Director of Software Development at Cyptometics, where James oversaw the creation of biometric software solutions, and Software Development Manager at multiple firms, including Innovance Networks and ADGA. James's career began in software design and development in the 1980s, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Math and Computer Science from McGill University.
