Kinga A. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management and commercial ownership. Currently serving as a Senior Contracts Manager at Teledyne Digital Imaging since July 2019, Kinga A. has played a pivotal role in integrating Scientific Camera businesses into Teledyne's contracting framework and has negotiated and managed contracts across multiple subsidiaries. Prior to this, from August 2014 to June 2019, Kinga A. worked as a Senior Commercial Officer/Contracts Manager at General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada, overseeing complex programs and engaging with multinational and government entities. Additionally, Kinga A. held the position of Contracts and Corporate Governance Manager at Optelian from May 2013 to August 2014, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating various agreements and managing corporate governance tasks. Kinga A. holds a Master’s degree in Law and Technology from the University of Ottawa and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Warsaw.
