Catherine Catino, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Adherex Group since May 2024. Prior to this, Catherine held the position of Director of Human Resources at Valtronic, where leadership and consultation were provided to the Company President and various directors on HR matters. Catherine has also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at STERIS, supporting a VP of Sales and regional managers, and at Airgas, where support was provided to multiple union facilities alongside VPs of Sales and a Director of Operations. Earlier career experiences include several roles at Sherwin-Williams, progressing from HR/Recruitment Coordinator to Area Human Resource Business Partner for the Northern Plains Area. Catherine holds a B.A. in History from Penn State University and an M.Ed. in Social Studies Education from Temple University.
