Michael Crusz is an accomplished creative professional with over a decade of experience in graphic design and advertising. Currently serving as the Director of Video & Production and Associate Creative Director at adHOME Creative since January 2015, Michael emphasizes the importance of great ideas and design in achieving exceptional results. Previously, Michael operated as a Freelance Sr. Art Director/Graphic Designer through Michael Crusz Creative and held positions at Squareknot Agency, Elemental, and Wishart Advertising, where skills in strategic thinking, advertising campaign execution, and team leadership were cultivated. Michael began the professional journey at TSAR Publications as a Graphic Designer, contributing to the creation of book cover artwork in collaboration with various authors. A graduate of York University and Sheridan College, Michael holds specialized degrees in Graphic Design and Advertising.
