Vanessa Prandina is a Senior Sales Account at ADHR Group since January 2021, responsible for managing and expanding the client portfolio in staffing and research services, handling employment contracts, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Previously, Vanessa served as a Recruitment Specialist, overseeing the entire recruitment process, from candidate screening to contract stipulation, while also managing client relationships. Vanessa's career began at Humangest Group as an intern in personnel selection and administration and progressed through various roles at ALI SpA, including Account and Junior Account, focusing on client portfolio expansion in staffing and administrative tasks. Vanessa holds degrees in Political Science with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the Università degli Studi di Firenze and a diploma in Accounting and Commercial Expert from Keynes-Gramsci.
