Maurice Suter has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Maurice is currently the Head of Digital Operations at Adia, where they are responsible for new process introductions and optimizations in customer service operations. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Customer Success & Analytics and the Team Leader CSM B2B & Operations Specialist at Adia. From 2015 to 2018, Maurice studied at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Management and Economics.

During their studies, Maurice also pursued additional certifications. In 2012, they obtained the Business English Certificate (BEC) Higher from Cambridge Assessment English. In 2015, they earned the Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English from the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education. Maurice also received the BSc International Management and Economics certification from Hochschule Luzern in August 2018. Later in 2018, they became a Freshdesk Product Expert through Freshworks. Additionally, in June 2019, Maurice obtained the HubSpot Sales Software Certification from HubSpot.
