Simona Costanzo, PhD, PMP

Simona Costanzo, PhD, PMP has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry spanning over 20 years. Simona currently serves as the VP of Project Team Leadership at Adicet Bio, Inc. Prior to this role, they worked at Denali Therapeutics, where they held progressively senior positions in Portfolio Planning and Program Management, ultimately serving as the Executive Director. Before Denali, they worked at Genentech in various roles within gRED Project Management and Operations, including Associate Director and Group Project Manager. Simona began their career at Exelixis, where they served as an Associate Director of Program Management, a Senior Scientist in Chemistry Leadership, and a Research Scientist. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.

Simona Costanzo, PhD, PMP completed their education history with a PhD in Chemistry from Università di Catania in 2000. Following that, they pursued a postdoctoral fellowship in Chemistry at Stanford University from 2000 to 2002. Later, they attended Stanford University again from 2015 to 2017 to earn a Certificate in Strategic Decision and Risk Management.
